We see diversity, freshness and quality as our main targets! With flavorful ingredients – made from mainly local produce – our kitchen staff in cooperation with our head chef Mrs. Poldi Aichinger creates unique compositions.
It is a triangle consisting of traditional recipes, contemporary cooking methods and passed along cooking secrets that makes every dinner in the “Bräu” so enjoyable.
